The Women’s Data Collective (“WDC”)is a non profit organization that us dedicated to advancing women in data science. Our board of directors and volunteers are committed to WDC’s mission and core principles
WDC owes much of its leadership, support, and confidence to its Board of Directors. Encompassing the mission and vision of WDC, our Board is a diverse group of women professionals and entrepreners that are all committed to advancing our mission, maximizing our impact, and incorporating many points of view.
Cicely Peace-Édouard
Executive Director
Role with WDC: Executive Director, guiding mission, strategy, and organizational growth.
Cicely Peace-Édouard is the co-founder and CEO of The Simple VUE, with over two decades leading consumer products innovations using data-driven decision-making. Her journey from fashion entrepreneurship to founding a tech consultancy underscores her adaptability, vision, and dedication to empowering women in tech. Balancing family and professional ambition, Cicely believes creativity, empathy, and diverse perspectives are essential in fields like AI, smart cities, and VR—and is committed to opening doors for women in data.

Jamie Lyne Thorpe is a Data Science Manager at Deloitte, where she leads teams that deliver innovative analytics solutions to solve complex business challenges. With expertise in modeling, data storytelling, and strategy, Jamie bridges the gap between technical execution and organizational vision. At Women’s Data Collective, she brings her leadership in operations and public relations to ensure programs run seamlessly while amplifying WDC’s mission to empower women in AI and data.

Cornelia Harris is a Managing Consulting Senior Analyst at Accenture, where she specializes in guiding organizations through large-scale transformations with a focus on data-driven strategy. Her consulting experience spans technology, operations, and organizational effectiveness. At Women’s Data Collective, Cornelia oversees sponsorships, building corporate partnerships and alliances that provide resources, visibility, and support to expand WDC’s impact and reach.

Membership & Volunteer Director
Role with WDC: Oversees community engagement through membership and volunteer coordination, nurturing a strong and inclusive network of women in tech.
Chloee Ross is a Senior Global Compensation Analyst at Sompo, where she designs and evaluates compensation strategies that align with workforce development and organizational growth on a global scale. With a strong background in analytics and human capital management, Chloee brings a people-first perspective to WDC. As Membership & Volunteer Director, she cultivates an inclusive community by growing member engagement and coordinating meaningful volunteer opportunities.
