Cicely Peace-Edouard

Executive Director & CEO of The SimpleVUE

Cicely believes, “A woman should never put limits on her ability to be creative in solving customer and corporate challenges in a data driven environment. Emerging fields today are augmented and virtual reality, autonomous vehicles, Artificial intelligence, and Smart Cities. All these fields can use a woman’s touch because they require a certain perspective of empathy and human interaction with data which we excel at. Participating in Women’s Data Collective gives you the support and the confidence to kick open the doors of these industries.”

Chloe Ross

Membership & Volunteer Services Director

Chloee Ross, MBA originally from St. Louis, MO has made Atlanta, GA her home due in part to the wonderful world of tech and the women who run it. During her undergraduate years at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Chloee attempted to pursue studies in computer science, however, her love for numbers shifted to the finance world driving most of her career. With a bachelor of science in Finance & Banking and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University, her first role in Atlanta was at The Home Depot Headquarters. She was a part of an innovative team tasked with projects for enhancing the supply chain. Chloee built dashboards, authored Business Service Requests for demand planning tools, and attempted to learn the wonderful ins and outs of the SQL language. Like many in recent times have observed, the need to understand and use a coding language would never go away. After joining the Comcast cable team in late 2015 and gaining experience across multiple departments, the need for data literacy began calling and making demands. There were so many tasks and projects needing data pulled creatively, which required a tech component that would simply keep evolving. Over the last 2-3 years Chloee has immersed herself in as many data focused groups as possible. As a frequent attendee of Women in Tech events, Chloee has been fortunate to meet other dynamic women in the ever-evolving world of data. As a Community Impact co-lead for Comcast’s Black Employee Network, Chloee observed the strong need for bridging the data divide for our youth and disadvantaged communities. Through Back to School drives, Christmas Toy drives, Comcast’s Internet Essentials program, and Comcast Cares Day initiatives, Chloee has led strategic efforts to make a lasting impact for the youth in our community. Chloee is happy to be a part of the Women’s Data Collective and looks forward to further impacting the community as well as challenging her own understanding of the data world.
